Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing full-cycle software implementation projects, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Strong experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations (Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary project teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end implementation methodologies (discovery, design, development, deployment, operations).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and invoicing processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure, fast-moving project environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live phases.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, developers, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and decision-making across all delivery phases.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, billing coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with client expectations, business objectives, and enterprise IT strategies.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Apply PMI-based and internal delivery methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across engagements.
  • Support resource planning and allocation in collaboration with internal resource management teams.
