Job Details

Four (4) year college degree.
Ten (10) or more years of experience with significant large-scale portfolio and enterprise project management.
Broad and deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Ten (10) years of relevant business experience leading the integration of new companies and/or joint ventures.
Proven experience leading direct reports and overseeing a multi-layered team structure.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and Board members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

Develop and manage the direction of the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and strategic plan.
Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle from due diligence and negotiation to closure and post-transaction integration.
Establish project management and transaction standards of excellence, including toolkits and processes.
Partner with Finance to monitor capital allocation, integration budgets, and cost synergies.
Engage with key stakeholders, including leadership, operational support, and external partners, to drive portfolio goals.
Lead and mentor project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Provide regular reporting and portfolio performance updates to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
