Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development roles
  • Proven experience leading and managing large teams in a fast-paced, complex environment (BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate large-scale learning programs
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a focus on performance and engagement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including client-facing experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use data and insights to influence decisions and improve learning outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Learning Managers, Learning Specialists, and training support staff across multiple accounts or sites
  • Design and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational and client objectives
  • Oversee training program delivery, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles, compliance standards, and operational requirements
  • Establish and monitor training effectiveness using evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and feedback analysis
  • Partner with operations, workforce management, talent acquisition, and finance teams to forecast and plan training needs for new hires and client ramps
  • Analyze learning data and performance trends to identify gaps and recommend continuous improvements to training programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure training alignment and satisfaction
  • Manage talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the learning organization
