Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in outbound sales programs, sales enablement, or demand generation.
- Experience within an SMB or high-velocity SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to segment a CRM or database into targeted lists based on ICP, vertical, or behavior.
- Track record of translating complex market data into simple, actionable instructions for sales teams.
- Expertise in direct-response or conversion-based copywriting for sequences, scripts, or LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience working directly with sales teams to drive program adoption.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, or Salesloft.
- Interest in leveraging AI to streamline prospecting processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze ICP database to segment high-potential audiences and personas for targeted sales outreach.
- Develop actionable, bite-sized outbound sales plays including entry points and pain-point scripts.
- Engage with the sales team to gather real-time feedback and refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Architect and optimize multi-channel outbound copy across email, call scripts, direct mail, and in-person events.
- Collaborate with Growth Operations and Demand Generation to optimize infrastructure and ensure alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics to provide data-driven win/loss insights and strategy refinements.
