Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, real estate, hospitality, or similar commercial roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Experience managing client relationships and guiding prospects through structured sales cycles.
- Ability to conduct virtual sales presentations and handle consultative conversations confidently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar tools.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate, vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, or investment sales is a strong advantage.
- Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international clients or cross-border sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads from property owners, investors, and real estate partners, ensuring timely response and qualification.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client objectives and present tailored property management solutions.
- Prepare and present revenue projections, performance insights, and investment recommendations to prospective owners.
- Negotiate management agreements and successfully close new property partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring structured follow-up and pipeline management.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and real estate networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and relocation professionals across the region.
- Promote additional service offerings such as furnishing and hospitality packages to maximize client value.
- Coordinate closely with operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
