Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, relationship-driven role such as influencer marketing, outbound sales, recruitment, or business development.
  • Elite verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse talent.
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ creators simultaneously.
  • Deep, authentic obsession with social media trends, streaming culture, gaming/eSports, and digital communities.
  • Startup adaptability with the ability to move fast and shift strategies in real-time.
  • Availability to operate effectively across EST business hours.
  • Experience working directly with gaming streamers, digital talent agencies, or content networks (preferred).
  • Experience using modern influencer tools, databases, or sales CRMs (e.g., Modash, GRIN, HubSpot) (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify emerging and mid-tier creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Kick, Twitch, and X.
  • Run a disciplined, highly personalized outreach pipeline to creators and talent managers.
  • Lead partnership discussions and serve as the main point of contact throughout the creator lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, contract statuses, and activity within CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure campaign launches and brief compliance.
  • Monitor internet culture, gaming communities, and social algorithms to identify talent trends.
