Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within natural health products, supplements, pharmacy, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong long-term client relationships in independent retail and/or practitioner channels.
- Existing network within the Canadian natural health or wellness industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of independent retail environments and healthcare practitioner ecosystems.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and manage a remote business model.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM tools and managing territory-based sales activities.
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural supplement products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a national portfolio of independent health food retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioner accounts.
- Drive new business acquisition while strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Deliver responsive and high-quality account support through phone, email, and virtual communication channels.
- Provide product education, merchandising support, and promotional planning to maximize customer success and sales performance.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and identify new opportunities within underpenetrated regions and segments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare practitioners including naturopaths, chiropractors, nutritionists, and wellness clinics.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor account activity, and provide regular territory updates and insights.
- Participate in training sessions, product updates, and industry events when applicable.
