Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience within the natural health products, supplement, pharmacy, or healthcare industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural products.
- Knowledge of independent retail environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare practitioners, including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, and wellness clinics (preferred).
- Experience managing a territory or national account portfolio (preferred).
- Existing relationships within the Canadian natural health products industry (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent health food retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Support customers with promotional planning, product recommendations, and merchandising opportunities.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within underserved markets and emerging territories.
- Develop and grow relationships within healthcare practitioner networks.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
