Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer support, or phone-based customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong ability to handle conversations naturally, confidently, and without relying on rigid scripts.
  • Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking and updating information.
  • Ability to work in a structured remote environment with fixed working hours.
  • Reliable home office setup (computer, headset, stable internet, and quiet workspace).
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads across phone, email, text, and web forms to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging, natural sales conversations to understand customer needs and present services clearly and confidently.
  • Guide prospects through pricing, service options, and booking decisions, closing sales effectively.
  • Manage structured follow-ups using calls, texts, and emails to maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
  • Support customer success activities, including post-service check-ins, feedback collection, and review requests.
  • Handle scheduling changes, rescheduling requests, and customer inquiries with accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all lead interactions, notes, and pipeline stages are updated.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring clear documentation and communication.
  • Contribute to improving scripts, messaging, and follow-up processes over time.
