Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of incoming phone calls daily.
- Strong CRM proficiency or demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Ability to multitask between phone calls, email support, and CRM documentation simultaneously.
- Ability to follow approved scripts while maintaining a conversational, natural tone.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to escalate situations when needed.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, virtual assistant, or sales support roles is strongly preferred.
- Full availability for the required schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM β 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming customer phone calls in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Guide customers through each step of the listing process using approved scripts and internal resources.
- Locate customer accounts and lead information within the CRM during live calls.
- Monitor and respond to customer support emails, routing complex requests to the Listing Representative.
- Document every interaction in the CRM by updating records, tags, and statuses.
- Communicate with Listing Representatives to provide context for follow-up actions.
- Escalate complex questions or situations to the appropriate team member with clarity.
