Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales with direct responsibility for revenue generation and quota attainment.
- Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts through complex sales engagements.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong expertise in value-based sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to communicate financial value, ROI, and total cost of ownership.
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, operational, and executive decision-makers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- High levels of resilience, resourcefulness, and self-motivation.
- Professional fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
- Experience selling observability, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or data platforms is an advantage.
- Existing relationships with technology executives in the Nordic market and experience in high-growth startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise organizations across the Nordic region.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, managing negotiations, procurement processes, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, product experts, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build strong business cases by articulating value, return on investment, and long-term business outcomes.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through CRM management and disciplined sales methodologies.
- Contribute market insights and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies.
