Job Details

5+ years of experience in the fire service
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with public safety UAS operations
Strong understanding of Fire/EMS command structures, incident response, and operational workflows
Experience engaging with leadership-level stakeholders including fire chiefs and municipal officials
Ability to discuss deployment models, dispatch integration, procurement, and operational planning
Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills
Self-driven with the ability to manage a large geographic territory independently
Willingness and ability to travel at least 75% of the time
Wildland, high-rise, or fire air operations experience preferred
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred
Prior experience supporting or managing drone programs is a strong plus
Sales or business development experience is beneficial

Develop and manage strategic relationships with Fire/EMS agencies, including chiefs, command staff, and elected officials
Deliver compelling in-person and virtual demonstrations tailored to operational and executive audiences
Act as a subject matter expert on drone operations, deployment models, regulatory frameworks, and best practices
Support agencies in building Drone as First Responder (DFR), HazMat, USAR, wildfire, and emergency response programs
Assist with funding strategies, budgeting, procurement planning, and implementation roadmaps
Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments
Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Maintain deep awareness of emerging public safety technologies and UAS industry trends
