Requirements

- Previous experience in insurance technology, insurance products, or related financial services environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving user engagement, retention, growth, and monetization initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with A/B testing, user behavior analysis, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of customer experience principles, consumer behavior, and product design best practices.
- Experience developing pricing strategies, revenue optimization initiatives, and evaluating business performance through key commercial metrics.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities while managing complex product initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, strategic, and customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the strategic roadmap for insurance-related products, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Define and implement growth, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies that contribute to increased customer value and long-term revenue growth.
- Conduct user research and leverage quantitative data to identify customer pain points, emerging trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, engagement, retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product functionality, pricing strategies, customer journeys, and overall business performance.
- Create and manage detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), ensuring alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and user expectations.
- Foster a customer-centric and results-oriented product culture while contributing to strategic planning and continuous product improvement initiatives.
