  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience driving process improvement, operational standardization, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes to support accurate decision-making and performance tracking across sales teams
  • Design, standardize, and optimize scalable sales operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise priorities

  • Drive adoption and optimization of sales technologies through training, enablement, and change management initiatives
