Requirements
- 2–4+ years of direct experience administering an LMS at a system level (LearnWorlds or similar platforms)
- Experience managing course structures, user access, enrollments, and LMS troubleshooting independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and experience ensuring cross-platform data consistency
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate complex data sets
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, real-time operational environments
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Comfortable supporting live training sessions and resolving issues under time pressure
- Strong technical aptitude with tools such as Zoom and Google Workspace
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage the LMS environment end-to-end, including course setup, module configuration, and participant enrollment across LearnWorlds or similar platforms
- Administer user access, permissions, and system settings while ensuring a seamless learner experience
- Maintain accurate and consistent data across LMS and CRM systems, ensuring alignment between LearnWorlds and HubSpot
- Troubleshoot system issues in real time and implement fast, effective resolutions to minimize disruption
- Monitor participant progress, attendance, and completion tracking for training programs
- Support training operations, including live session coordination and Zoom setup when required
- Ensure reporting accuracy by validating and reconciling data across systems
- Identify process gaps or system inefficiencies and proactively implement improvements
