Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on CRM platforms.
- Strong background in CRM backend configuration, automation, and integration for Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and reporting tools.
- Experience with SaaS business models and associated KPIs/metrics.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
- Proven experience in end-to-end system migration projects.
- Certifications in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce).
- Implement workflows, custom fields, integrations, and data hygiene processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM usability and performance.
- Oversee system infrastructure related to CRM and other business software tools.
- Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and security.
- Track and report key SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and customer engagement.
- Develop dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into performance and growth.
- Partner with Finance and Executive teams to align metrics and reporting with business goals.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.
