Requirements
- Active RN licensure in home state required.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical or research experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (3+ years preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Active driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Ability to obtain nursing license in multiple states based on study needs.
- Physical ability to lift equipment up to 15 kg.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google applications.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- BSN degree preferred.
- Compact nursing licensure preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all nursing activities related to the assigned region.
- Ensure the safety of study participants and per diem mobile research nurses.
- Collaborate with per diem mobile research nurses to solve issues and provide resource support.
- Ensure the quality of data collection and timely data entry into the company platform.
- Act in a line management capacity for assigned per diem nurses.
- Develop and deliver protocol-specific training, skills, and remediation.
- Serve as the Nursing SME for assigned studies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute clinical trial activities.
