- Supervise all nursing activities related to the assigned Region.
- Deploy across regions to provide targeted study coverage, aligning specialized nursing background with corresponding therapeutic trial requirements.
- Ensure the safety of study participants and per diem mobile research nurses within the assigned Region.
- Ensure the quality of data collection and timely data entry into the Science 37 Platform by nursing staff.
- Act in a line management capacity for assigned per diem nurses.
- Identify, develop, and deliver protocol-specific training and skills remediation.
- Serve as the Nursing SME for assigned studies, collaborating cross-functionally.
- Provide mobile research nurse services to qualified study participants as needed.
