Requirements

Active RN licensure in home state.
Minimum 5+ years of clinical or research experience.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience (3+ years preferred).
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Active driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Proficiency in nursing skills including venipuncture, IV placement, medication administration, and ECGs.
Ability to travel up to 60% for site visits and meetings.
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Physical ability to lift equipment up to 15 kg.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google applications.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Supervise all nursing activities related to the assigned Region.
Deploy across regions to provide targeted study coverage, aligning specialized nursing background with corresponding therapeutic trial requirements.
Ensure the safety of study participants and per diem mobile research nurses within the assigned Region.
Ensure the quality of data collection and timely data entry into the Science 37 Platform by nursing staff.
Act in a line management capacity for assigned per diem nurses.
Identify, develop, and deliver protocol-specific training and skills remediation.
Serve as the Nursing SME for assigned studies, collaborating cross-functionally.
Provide mobile research nurse services to qualified study participants as needed.
