Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of healthcare compliance experience.
- Proven experience supporting Commercial and Medical field teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Track record of implementing compliance initiatives.
- Preferred: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification.
- Preferred: Experience in developing/implementing training content and managing vendor content.
- Preferred: Experience launching content via Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Preferred: Prescription drug product launch or indication expansion experience.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on compliance support for Sales, Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons, and Reimbursement/Access teams.
- Serve as the primary field-facing compliance point of contact.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve field-focused compliance training programs, including onboarding and launch-specific training.
- Support the development, implementation, and operationalization of compliance policies and SOPs.
- Partner with the Auditing and Monitoring team to track and maintain records of field activities.
- Communicate compliance updates, guidance, and best practices to field employees.
