Requirements
- 4+ years of proven technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Twilio Messaging and/or Voice products.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful technology and experience working with APIs.
- Proven ability to understand and resolve issues with cloud solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, specifically TCP/UDP, SSL, and TLS.
- Comfortable troubleshooting Twilio helper libraries in collaboration with customer developers.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across internal and external groups.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage high workloads.
Responsibilities
- Act as the designated technical support engineering contact for strategic customers.
- Resolve complex technical problems by performing deep analysis and providing proactive guidance to minimize business downtime.
- Collaborate with customers’ developers to troubleshoot usage of Twilio helper libraries.
- Provide technical feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product improvements.
- Partner with customer architects and support personnel to solve high-impact, complex problems.
- Report reproducible bugs via JIRA and communicate findings effectively with teammates via Slack.
- Analyze customer trends and patterns to drive improvements in support processes.
