Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript.
- Understanding of React and Redux.
- Troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, TCP/UDP, and SSL/TLS.
- High competency in communicating technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing dedicated customer accounts.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Dedication to customer experience and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Address complex customer issues using technical and diplomatic skills.
- Collaborate with customers' and partners' architects, developers, and support personnel.
- Report reproducible bugs to Product and Engineering teams via JIRA.
- Utilize Slack to collaborate with internal teammates.
- Analyze customer trends and patterns to drive process improvements.
- Provide customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
