Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript.
  • Understanding of React and Redux.
  • Troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, TCP/UDP, and SSL/TLS.
  • High competency in communicating technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing dedicated customer accounts.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Dedication to customer experience and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Address complex customer issues using technical and diplomatic skills.
  • Collaborate with customers' and partners' architects, developers, and support personnel.
  • Report reproducible bugs to Product and Engineering teams via JIRA.
  • Utilize Slack to collaborate with internal teammates.
  • Analyze customer trends and patterns to drive process improvements.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
