Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-division, or multi-location clients.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or B2B services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset and ability to manage complex situations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Vendor Management or Risk Management are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of enterprise and strategic clients for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational leaders and executive stakeholders, including C-Suite contacts.
  • Guide clients through the post-sales lifecycle, including service timelines, deliverables, and training initiatives.
  • Oversee the collection of due diligence documentation and manage TPRM Specialists to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Identify account risks, service gaps, and opportunities for service expansion or product up-sell.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Implementation, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Ncontracts TPRM software suite and industry-standard vendor management practices.
