Requirements
- Certificate of completion from a technical or trade school.
- Experience in industrial maintenance or electrical background.
- Experience with fork truck or telehandler maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Competence in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Availability to work various shifts as required by customer needs.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor industrial environments.
- Capability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via onsite visits or phone troubleshooting.
- Perform installation, startup, and commissioning of company industrial products.
- Oversee and support third-party contractors during customer installations.
- Test system functions and provide operation and maintenance training to customers.
- Coordinate service schedules with customers at various field locations.
- Create and maintain detailed reports for all installations and technical support activities.
