Requirements
- 608 EPA certification.
- Experience in mechanical critical infrastructure service and maintenance.
- Ability to perform baseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components.
- Knowledge of hydronic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC systems.
- Understanding of refrigeration theory and applied sciences.
- Basic ability to read drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage preventative maintenance and service schedules.
- Perform on-site quality control for the installation of Thermal Works products.
- Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients.
- Handle emergency issues when on-call.
- Monitor service software to ensure timely service completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments for product development and improvement.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of thermal works equipment.
- Travel 50% of the time within the United States.
