Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
  • One to two years of experience in a professional or client services team.
  • Demonstrated client-oriented work ethic and ability to foster teamwork across departments.
  • Demonstrated ease in public speaking and presenting.
  • Good understanding of large multinational business segments.
  • Proficiency with CRM, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zendesk, or Jira.
  • Excellent command of English is necessary.
  • Marketing campaign management and e-mail campaign experience is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting and working with Sales & Logistics is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish, German, or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client interactions via email, phone, and in-person communications.
  • Train new users and employees on Enhesa services internally and externally.
  • Lead client onboarding by reviewing contracts, testing services, and confirming contact information.
  • Resolve client requests and issues in a timely manner while investigating quality problems.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and cross-functional teams to improve client acquisition and retention.
  • Create knowledgebase articles and support materials to assist user success.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Client Services issues and facilitate inter-departmental cooperation.
