Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
- One to two years of experience in a professional or client services team.
- Demonstrated client-oriented work ethic and ability to foster teamwork across departments.
- Demonstrated ease in public speaking and presenting.
- Good understanding of large multinational business segments.
- Proficiency with CRM, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Excellent command of English is necessary.
- Marketing campaign management and e-mail campaign experience is a plus.
- Experience in supporting and working with Sales & Logistics is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions via email, phone, and in-person communications.
- Train new users and employees on Enhesa services internally and externally.
- Lead client onboarding by reviewing contracts, testing services, and confirming contact information.
- Resolve client requests and issues in a timely manner while investigating quality problems.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and cross-functional teams to improve client acquisition and retention.
- Create knowledgebase articles and support materials to assist user success.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Client Services issues and facilitate inter-departmental cooperation.
