Requirements

  • 7+ years of federal sales experience.
  • Proven track record in new logo acquisition and renewal management in civilian federal accounts.
  • Deep fluency in federal procurement including GSA, SEWP, CIO-SP3, and OTA.
  • Understanding of federal budget cycles and government timelines.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or digital risk protection platforms.
  • Existing relationships with systems integrators or VARs active in the DOJ, FBI, or FedCiv space.
  • Prior experience shifting a federal territory to a balanced farming and hunting split.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred; must be clearance-eligible at minimum.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad Federal Civilian territory including DOJ, FBI, HHS, Treasury, DOE, DOT, and DOL.
  • Execute a balanced 50/50 sales motion of farming existing ARR and hunting for net new pipeline.
  • Navigate complex agency-specific missions, threat profiles, and buying cycles.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from acquisition to renewal.
  • Prioritize sales activities ruthlessly to move deals through government timelines.
