Requirements
- 10 or more years of combined consulting and clinical research operations experience.
- Proven track record of building service delivery teams and offerings in a clinical research FSP model.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to serve as the single accountable leader for complex performance improvement engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain extensive professional networks and C-suite relationships.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for quantifying financial/operational benefits and risk management.
- Broad-based change management expertise in complex environments.
- Delivery team leadership, including team design, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- General management and P&L experience.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Create a high-performance consulting team and work environment.
- Ensure client success by optimizing business operations and clinical trial outcomes.
- Lead sales pursuits as a subject matter expert, including delivering presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Serve as a hands-on engagement leader, directing delivery teams and working with client senior leadership.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with executive management, business development, and marketing to create innovative service offerings.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate growth and represent the company at industry events.
