  • Experience working in the water treatment market.
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
  • Proven ability to develop business plans and commercial documents.
  • Skilled at customer relationship management and business planning.
  • Strong leadership image with the ability to foster cooperative working relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct technical training sessions clearly at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by executing a territory sales plan.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, distribution channels, end-users, consultants, OEMs, and EPCs.
  • Perform market research to identify TAM, SAM, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales training materials.
  • Monitor market conditions, competition, and technological trends.
  • Utilize CRM systems to ensure accurate and complete sales data capture.
  • Coordinate and attend relevant conferences, seminars, and events.
  • Report on sales metrics, opportunities, and competitive threats to senior management.
