Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
- Strong technical background.
- 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in target market(s).
- Experience working in the water treatment market.
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
- Proven ability to develop business plans and commercial documents.
- Skilled at customer relationship management and business planning.
- Strong leadership image with the ability to foster cooperative working relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct technical training sessions clearly at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by executing a territory sales plan.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, distribution channels, end-users, consultants, OEMs, and EPCs.
- Perform market research to identify TAM, SAM, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales training materials.
- Monitor market conditions, competition, and technological trends.
- Utilize CRM systems to ensure accurate and complete sales data capture.
- Coordinate and attend relevant conferences, seminars, and events.
- Report on sales metrics, opportunities, and competitive threats to senior management.
