Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated history of forecasting, forecast planning, and market trend analysis.
- Proven people management and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage retail, distributor, and rental business operations across the Western region.
- Act as a player-coach, directly managing three Regional Sales Managers.
- Develop and execute product training, merchandising, financing initiatives, and trade show strategy.
- Collaborate with RSMs on channel management through direct mail, trade shows, and direct sales.
- Design and implement industry-specific programs to expand revenue and market penetration.
- Direct OEM and landscape supply channel initiatives through cross-functional partnership.
- Drive continuous improvement in business workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
