Requirements
- 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong execution and project management skills with a focus on delivering under tight timelines.
- Business-technical fluency with the ability to translate between executives, engineers, and users.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven enterprise transformations is a plus.
- PMO certification or structured project management background is a plus.
- Background working with LLM or GenAI products is a plus.
- Technical fluency in understanding API integrations or data workflows is a plus.
- Previous experience in consulting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery and adoption of Unframe’s AI solutions across enterprise accounts, from post-POC rollout through expansion.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and ensure execution at scale.
- Orchestrate stakeholders and manage alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations.
- Define and measure success by tracking adoption, usage, and business impact.
- Lead enablement and training sessions to help customers operationalize AI solutions.
- Coordinate between internal Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to ensure project velocity.
- Identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and operational gaps.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to shape the product roadmap and delivery playbooks.
