Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience within the plastics distribution industry.
  • Experience selling directly to large polypropylene (PP) converters.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in negotiating sales contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales activity for assigned major accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product management teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic proposals to senior management.
