Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience within the plastics distribution industry.
- Experience selling directly to large polypropylene (PP) converters.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Experience in negotiating sales contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead all sales activity for assigned major accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and product management teams.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic proposals to senior management.
