Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
- 3+ years of experience managing and scaling video-first portfolios with budgets of $20M+/year.
- Proven track record scaling performance video in lead gen niches such as insurance or financial services.
- Hands-on expertise building campaigns in platforms like YouTube Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, regression).
- Deep understanding of performance-based creative strategy and customer psychology.
- Experience using AI and self-serve tools (e.g., CapCut, MidJourney, Claude) for rapid creative testing.
- Demonstrated ability to own P&L and hit aggressive growth and profitability targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to leadership.
- Experience managing call-based marketing and understanding funnel optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own P&L, pacing, reporting, and profitability for insurance YouTube campaigns.
- Manage in-platform execution including campaign architecture, bidding, audience strategy, and budget allocation.
- Scale performance across insurance verticals and expand into new financial service niches.
- Drive lead and call generation while optimizing for quality and monetization metrics.
- Develop creative strategies and utilize AI tools to test concepts and reduce bottlenecks.
- Communicate performance insights and decisions to stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Build and document repeatable operating systems and playbooks for scaling video channels.
