Requirements
- 2-5 years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations.
- Strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency.
- Proven track record of success in closing software deals and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier.
- Ability to discuss IT concerns including security, scalability, compliance, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and navigate senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
- Thrives in a state of ambiguity and possesses strong personal drive.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in daily work with demonstrable impact on workflow quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own mid-market accounts end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, and expansion.
- Sell Zapier’s AI-powered automation platform to enterprises moving from manual workflows to orchestrated, AI-first operations.
- Build relationships at events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Build relationships across the organization from individual contributors up to the C-suite.
- Lead conversations that help customers think through the real business impact of automation.
- Quarterback complex deals across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
