Requirements
- 5+ years of experience specializing in CRO, growth marketing, or product-led growth (PLG) within a D2C subscription or consumer-centric product.
- Highly analytical with a strong baseline familiarity with SQL for querying and data segmentation.
- Deep understanding of digital subscription mechanics, user checkout psychology, and mobile payment behaviors (Apple IAP / Google Play Billing).
- Proven ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Strong strategic communication skills to translate data into actionable technical requirements and visual briefs.
- Self-directed operator with experience building frameworks from scratch and setting testing hypotheses.
- Hands-on experience with paywall and optimization tools (e.g., Superwall, Piano) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Posthog, GA4, and Customer.io (CIO) is a plus.
- Passion for media literacy or experience with content-rich digital products.
Responsibilities
- Take complete accountability for conversion rates, user journeys, and revenue outcomes across web, iOS, and Android.
- Architect, test, and refine mobile app onboarding and in-app purchase funnels.
- Lead the continuous optimization and structural redesign of web acquisition funnels and checkout experiences.
- Manage content paymeter performance, rules, and deployment.
- Design, launch, and analyze a continuous roadmap of A/B and multivariate tests.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure tracking instrumentation is flawless.
- Establish definitive dashboards to track subscription health metrics like stop rates and trial-to-paid conversion.
