Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Strategy, or Data Leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading analytics across multiple business functions.
  • Strong experience in commerce-driven businesses such as retail, eCommerce, CPG, or marketplaces.
  • Advanced SQL and analytical modeling capabilities.
  • Hands-on expertise with Heap or similar event-based web analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and governing AI-enabled analytics workflows.
  • Experience defining KPI frameworks and resolving cross-functional metric misalignment.
  • Comfort working with structured data formats such as JSON and event schemas.
  • Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
  • Ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Define company-wide analytical standards and AI-enabled workflows across eCommerce, marketing, finance, retail, and operations.
  • Own data integrity, governance, and usability for core commerce, customer, and operational datasets.
  • Develop and evolve company-wide KPI frameworks in partnership with finance and functional leaders.
  • Manage digital analytics strategy using Heap, including funnel performance and customer journey analysis.
  • Translate complex behavioral and operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Build and scale automated, decision-focused reporting frameworks to reduce ad hoc requests.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop junior analytics talent.
