Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Strategy, or Data Leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading analytics across multiple business functions.
- Strong experience in commerce-driven businesses such as retail, eCommerce, CPG, or marketplaces.
- Advanced SQL and analytical modeling capabilities.
- Hands-on expertise with Heap or similar event-based web analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing and governing AI-enabled analytics workflows.
- Experience defining KPI frameworks and resolving cross-functional metric misalignment.
- Comfort working with structured data formats such as JSON and event schemas.
- Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
- Ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Define company-wide analytical standards and AI-enabled workflows across eCommerce, marketing, finance, retail, and operations.
- Own data integrity, governance, and usability for core commerce, customer, and operational datasets.
- Develop and evolve company-wide KPI frameworks in partnership with finance and functional leaders.
- Manage digital analytics strategy using Heap, including funnel performance and customer journey analysis.
- Translate complex behavioral and operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Build and scale automated, decision-focused reporting frameworks to reduce ad hoc requests.
- Hire, mentor, and develop junior analytics talent.
