Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian Cloud products in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Deep JQL knowledge and experience customizing workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes at scale.
- Proficiency with ScriptRunner and Groovy for Jira automation.
- Comfort with JavaScript and REST APIs for custom integrations.
- Experience configuring Jira Service Management (JSM) including SLAs, queues, and IT workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery (JPD) and linking discovery to delivery work.
- Strong communication skills with ability to partner with engineering and product stakeholders.
- Understanding of PDLC and SDLC methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Administer the full Atlassian Cloud suite including Jira Software, JSM, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Bitbucket, StatusPage, and Guard.
- Design and maintain custom workflows, issue type schemes, screen schemes, and automation rules.
- Build and maintain JQL-based filters, dashboards, and reports for engineering and product insights.
- Develop REST API integrations and custom functionality using ScriptRunner, Groovy, and JavaScript.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and maintain documentation of platform customizations.
- Provide escalated support and contribute to P&T tooling ecosystem roadmap planning.
