Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience developing or administering ITSM platforms.
- Three or more years of experience with workflow automation and enterprise systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Asset Management.
- Experience working with REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Proficiency with PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.
- Two or more years of specific Halo ITSM administration, configuration, or development experience.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and support workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, and automation within Halo ITSM.
- Develop and enhance Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset, and Service Catalog processes.
- Design and maintain integrations between Halo ITSM and enterprise technologies like Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, CyberArk, and Snowflake.
- Build API-driven integrations and automation solutions to streamline manual processes.
- Manage CMDB and asset management environment enhancements and discovery processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
