Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience delivering employee or internal communications, including managing campaigns, channels, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of internal communications platforms, content management systems, and campaign planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to measuring impact and improving outcomes using performance metrics.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Group’s lead employee communications partner to support strategic priorities.
- Develop and deliver integrated internal communication plans and campaigns that drive engagement and business performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to create compelling communications supporting change, safety, and company culture.
- Lead and optimize internal communication channels to ensure effective content delivery.
- Create high-quality content, leadership messaging, and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with Brand, Strategic Communications, Public Affairs, and Digital teams.
- Ensure all communications align with Biffa brand, tone of voice, and corporate strategy.
- Utilize data, employee insights, and metrics to measure impact and improve communications effectiveness.
