Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience within technology and the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to lead commercial conversations at the C-level.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Based in Mexico.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and hotel buyer personas in LATAM (preferred).
  • Portuguese language skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from first engagement through close for strategic named accounts and prospects in the LATAM territory.
  • Engage C-level executives at hotels, resorts, and casinos to align business needs with the company platform.
  • Build and manage a new business pipeline with rigorous forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver high-touch service and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, consultants, and channel collaborators.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region.
