Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience within technology and the travel or hospitality industry.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to lead commercial conversations at the C-level.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- BS/BA degree.
- Based in Mexico.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and hotel buyer personas in LATAM (preferred).
- Portuguese language skills (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first engagement through close for strategic named accounts and prospects in the LATAM territory.
- Engage C-level executives at hotels, resorts, and casinos to align business needs with the company platform.
- Build and manage a new business pipeline with rigorous forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver high-touch service and identify upsell opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, consultants, and channel collaborators.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region.
