Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior individual-contributor role.
- Strong understanding of the SMB digital marketing landscape.
- Experience building or refining onboarding and client success processes.
- Proven track record of delivering ROI and retaining client relationships.
- Ability to lead senior client-facing conversations, including kickoffs and budget strategy.
- Strong coaching and people development skills.
- Comfort and fluency working across a full AI tool stack.
- Technical and analytical, with results-driven multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in paid media, SEO, email, or full-funnel campaign strategy.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Account Managers, setting the standard for client communication, campaign quality, and ROI delivery.
- Develop team members into stronger operators and provide support when challenges arise.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Run kickoff calls for new clients to set expectations, align on budgets, and establish ROI benchmarks.
- Partner with the ads team to execute campaign plans and maintain strategic oversight.
- Maintain a pulse on account health to proactively adjust strategies based on data and client signals.
- Lead the team in using an AI tool stack to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
- Review and own the quality bar on AI-assisted assets, copy, and reporting.
