Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, client success, sales, marketing, and/or social media.
  • Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management, organization, and prioritization.
  • Self-starter attitude with creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on strategies to maximize the value of Bazaarvoice software solutions for social commerce, social media management, and syndication.
  • Execute high-value activities and manage the client lifecycle using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Gong.
  • Influence and measure client success metrics regarding social and video content.
  • Help key stakeholders understand the value derived from Bazaarvoice tools.
  • Manage client health by documenting and mitigating risks with cross-functional teams.
  • Promote new feature adoption to enhance satisfaction and program performance.
  • Prioritize portfolio management through a blend of tech-driven, 1:many, and 1:1 interactions.
  • Develop best practices by observing and tracking portfolio trends.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
