Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management.
  • Clear focus on revenue growth, client expansion, and upselling opportunities.
  • Proven experience selling high-ticket services, coaching programs, or consulting engagements valued at $20,000+ per sale.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full client lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including paid ads, funnels, and client acquisition.
  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies or similar service businesses.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized and system-oriented approach.
  • Experience managing 25+ concurrent clients (preferred).
  • Proficiency with ClickUp, Slack, and GoHighLevel (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client welcome and onboarding calls to establish rapport and strategy.
  • Manage the full client journey for up to 40 concurrent clients.
  • Run regular check-ins to monitor progress and identify churn risks early.
  • Provide strategic coaching to guide agency growth and troubleshoot business challenges.
  • Hold clients accountable to execution and business strategy.
  • Maintain real-time task visibility in ClickUp and communicate proactively via Slack.
  • Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining a minimum 70% retention rate.
