Requirements

  • 3+ years of CSM or account management experience at a digital/e-commerce agency.
  • Proven track record of managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on metrics including ACOS, TACOS, sessions, conversion rate, and margin.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at an advanced level.
  • Experience with Amazon agency operations is a major plus.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume daily communication.
  • High level of accountability and autonomy in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own 20–40 client accounts end-to-end as the single point of accountability for results and retention.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle including onboarding, strategy implementation, result delivery, and account retention.
  • Analyze brand performance and profitability weekly to diagnose issues proactively.
  • Build and maintain structured processes for audits, keyword research, campaign architecture, and optimization cycles.
  • Coordinate daily with PPC strategists to ensure execution aligns with client goals.
  • Document all account changes and decisions meticulously.
  • Flag and escalate performance or operational issues within established timeframes.
