Requirements
- 3+ years of CSM or account management experience at a digital/e-commerce agency.
- Proven track record of managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on metrics including ACOS, TACOS, sessions, conversion rate, and margin.
- Excellent written and spoken English at an advanced level.
- Experience with Amazon agency operations is a major plus.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume daily communication.
- High level of accountability and autonomy in decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own 20–40 client accounts end-to-end as the single point of accountability for results and retention.
- Manage the full client lifecycle including onboarding, strategy implementation, result delivery, and account retention.
- Analyze brand performance and profitability weekly to diagnose issues proactively.
- Build and maintain structured processes for audits, keyword research, campaign architecture, and optimization cycles.
- Coordinate daily with PPC strategists to ensure execution aligns with client goals.
- Document all account changes and decisions meticulously.
- Flag and escalate performance or operational issues within established timeframes.
