Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in customer-facing functions (customer success, account management, support, or sales).
  • Track record of solving complex, cross-functional customer-facing problems.
  • Excellent relationship development and management skills.
  • Active listener capable of identifying root causes of customer issues.
  • Dynamic, creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across functional groups.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with attention to operational details.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships across key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer bases.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Medical Affairs to address client questions and issues.
  • Onboard new accounts and educate them on effective testing workflows and practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or areas of dissatisfaction before they escalate.
  • Handle individual case orders in partnership with Billing and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop strategies with Sales to drive growth and ensure broad satisfaction in high-potential accounts.
