Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in customer-facing functions (customer success, account management, support, or sales).
- Track record of solving complex, cross-functional customer-facing problems.
- Excellent relationship development and management skills.
- Active listener capable of identifying root causes of customer issues.
- Dynamic, creative problem-solving mindset.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across functional groups.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with attention to operational details.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships across key accounts.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer bases.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Medical Affairs to address client questions and issues.
- Onboard new accounts and educate them on effective testing workflows and practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or areas of dissatisfaction before they escalate.
- Handle individual case orders in partnership with Billing and cross-functional teams.
- Develop strategies with Sales to drive growth and ensure broad satisfaction in high-potential accounts.
