Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship for an assigned set of clients.
- Drive client loyalty through alignment, collaboration, and accountability.
- Deliver and communicate business results to drive retention and expansion.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor progress.
- Enable optimal client engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Strategic Account Executives.
- Act as the voice of the client within the company and ensure quick resolution of issues.
