Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, high-touch service that drives renewals and grows partnerships.
  • Provide white-glove support for clients and Area Directors.
  • Gather assets and ensure accurate campaign setup.
  • Perform regular post-launch check-ins.
  • Maintain CRM and billing information.
  • Resolve account and payment questions.
  • Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively prevent churn and escalate issues.
