Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, high-touch service that drives renewals and grows partnerships.
- Provide white-glove support for clients and Area Directors.
- Gather assets and ensure accurate campaign setup.
- Perform regular post-launch check-ins.
- Maintain CRM and billing information.
- Resolve account and payment questions.
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Proactively prevent churn and escalate issues.
