- Proven experience managing B2B accounts with a focus on retention and expansion.

- Retain and grow your book of business through strategic, proactive communication.
- Introduce new product features and expansion opportunities that drive real revenue for our partners.
- Onboard and train dealerships so they can hit the ground running.
- Analyze results, identify trends, and build strategies that drive ROI.
- Stay a step ahead with proactive support, strategic recommendations, and high-impact follow-ups.
- Collaborate across product, support, sales, and leadership as the voice of the customer.
- Advocate for product enhancements and escalate issues to ensure resolution.
