  • Onboard and train dealerships so they can hit the ground running.
  • Analyze results, identify trends, and build strategies that drive ROI.
  • Stay a step ahead with proactive support, strategic recommendations, and high-impact follow-ups.
  • Collaborate across product, support, sales, and leadership as the voice of the customer.
  • Advocate for product enhancements and escalate issues to ensure resolution.
