- Sales/marketing experience preferred; training provided.
- Familiarity with CRM navigation and reporting, preferably in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work remotely
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified sales appointments.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness for handoff to the RSD (Regional Sales Director) and NAE (National Account Executive) teams.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Growth Marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria, and improve outreach campaigns.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by identifying and updating inaccurate or outdated prospect information encountered during outreach efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings to effectively engage prospects.
