Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within transportation, mobility, or technology.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and responding to public tenders within the transportation or public sector.
- Strong understanding of urban mobility trends, transit operations, and city/agency challenges.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories or accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored mobility solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and trends in urban mobility.
- Lead the preparation and submission of bids for public tenders, ensuring compliance and effective value communication.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on account status, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
- Attend 6-8 industry events and conferences per year to promote company solutions and build professional relationships.
